Waist Stretch

How can I stretch the waistband on a pair of jeans?

I have a pair of jeans from an online shop, and apparently small of her jeans. I do not really plan to return them. I can pretty much get to them, but when I click the button they need not reach the waist band of about 1 cm or 2. I they placed on top of my best jeans and the only thing that is different from the federal government is (It's less about 3 or 4 cm). How can I stretch the waist band on it?

all you have to do is put them in the washing machine, then after they are all wet, extending the band were by n is not front and back of each page and drag Then the front and back, can u even put them on when the wet to stretch u and then press it should work, and drag it by the sides for ten minutes, then hang dry. hope this helps
