Tank Shirt

What bottoms do you wear with a long shirt or tank top?

Like with a top too short to be a dress,
but too long to wear with short shorts?
i’m not into leggings, either..

I always wear skinny jeans. I know that’s tough in the summer, but if you’re going somewhere at night it’s not too bad.
