What type of event wiped out the entire earth would?

Eg. Super Flare, super volcano, super hurricanes, etc, and what impact astroid is likely to occur at the most? Whether we have a chance to survive: S ?!?!?

A nearby supernova would wipe out the Life on earth, as if a huge asteroid striking Earth and a Suprervolcano and a full out global nuclear war and disease. A superhurricane not quench all life on earth.
