Stretch Brown

What about stretch on my chest and arms?

I have stretch marks on my arms and chest. I'm 15 and not very thick, but I still have. i cannot bear Low-cut shirts or sleeve less shirts if your 3 / 4 length. What can I do? i dont want it to show. I'm black, so they lighter than my skin color are (I'm also a bit darker and they are a light brown color)
