Where can I find a black high waist skirt?

I’m looking for a black, high waist skirt that is quite fitted around the hips and thighs. If someone has seen one online, or has one they are selling, could they let me know?
I live in Perth, Australia, and haven;t been able to find any in shops. Anyone seen some? Im a size 4-6 womens.
