Rock and Republic Jeans Sizing?

I bought a pair of Rock and Republic jeans in size 28 and they have stretched much will I wear since they have been, they are great to buy also. I'll buy another pair, and they are a different fabric, and I was wondering if I should order a size smaller. But I do not know if size 27 is too tight?

If it has spandex, it will fit around your body. I have a pair of R & R, size 30, and they are too big around the waist, but a tight fit around the buttocks and legs. I just wear a belt.
