Pattern Chiffon
Why is this hem ruffling?
I’m making a dressy poncho scarf from chiffon. It’s a super-easy pattern, but the picture shows the hem as being very straight. My hem is a little ruffly or “poofy” looking. Not bad, just doesn’t look as finished as I’d like.
My tension is set at medium; do i need to make it looser for chiffon? The shoulder seams did not gather or pull at medium.

Try not making the hem so deep if it is a curved hem and you try to make it deep it will look rufflely try using about a quarter of a inch hem
