Long Black

What are the long black slots next to my PCI slots?

I do not know if these slots are in any motherboard, I doubt they are, but on my motherboard, there are some kind of long black slots near my PCI slots. What are hey? Are they PCI Express slots? (I wish, God). Btw, I know it is not an AGP slot. I know where my AGP slot.

Karz is true, they would ISA slots be. This was before are PCI slots, and run about half speed, so they are very slow and difficult for parts. I would not recommend the use to something faster than a dial-up modem.
