Lace Ruffle

What is this fashion style called?

Blouses are full of ruffles and Raschel lace, and has gathered sleeves and Peter Pan collars. Skirts are rather puffy but not full circles, knee-length and has lace and ruffles too. I know of a lolita fashion, but this fashion style is not lolita. Do I look like a cosplay lolita by wearing such fashion?
