Jeans White

What do I know ripped jeans?

I have a white jeans with rips down the front of each leg. They are somehow Bootcut, but they are really close. I have no idea what shoes to wear with or above them. I live in England but the weather is very hot right now. I am 17 years old, I am a UK size 8 (but I have a large chest size), I have pale skin, piercings and ginger hair (may be colored, so its very bright ginger). What boots up and I could who with?
