Should I be able to hem with fabric glue?

I thought it should be in order to hem of my skirt with fabric glue. I applied the absolute minimum amount in small dots of glue, but it soaked on the right side of the Rock, and dried as very dark spots visible. If it is not thick and does not soak and Destruction over the way the fabric looks like? Is this normal or should I turn back to the store and try a new one? Return the trap, not the Rock!

This came to me and I ruined a pair of pants. It depends on the type of tissue, the skirt is made of polypropylene. It is said on the bottle first Test, but I thought it was ok! Unfortunately not! Looks like you still buy another coat.
