Formal Dress

What are some good stores to shop at for a nice semi-formal dress around Monrovia?

My high school winter formal is coming up soon and I can’t seem to find a nice dress.
Any suggestions?

check out department stores. Not sure where monrovia is…but jcpenny, macys, nordstrom, ect. should do the trick.
