Dolce & Gabbana?

I have a new Dolce & Gabbana Zip Jacket with hood. On the label it says “HAND WASH, COLD – DO NOT BLEACH – COOL IRON -PROFESSIONALLY DRY CLEAN – PERCHLORETHYLENEWITH LIKE COLORS DRY FLAT – DO NIT WRING OR TWIST-ASCIUGARE IN PIANO – NON TORCERE O STRIZZARE”. But my mum accidentally took it to machine wash instead. And when I’m wearing the jacket it feels weird because the zip couldn’t be straight when I zip it up. There will be bumps along the zip even though I’m standing up, so I took off the jacket and lay it on the bed and I could see the zip part was actually longer than the rest of part of the jacket, which means the jacket probably shrinked. Is there any way to still save the jacket? Any ways to restore the jacket to it’s original condition? Thanks in advance… Please help! =(

Take it to a dry cleaner and have it dry clean professionally. Ask if they can straighten the jacket. Go to the best dry cleaner you can find!
Call Dolce and Gabbana and explain your situation! Tell them that you got it “cleaned” and it came out a little bit uneven and so what can you do.
They might be really helpful! Talk to the senior sales person or the tailor at Dolce and not just one of the regular sales person.
